چکیده

Wastewater discharge from textile industries concern environmental risks. Superiority of microbial methods over other high cost combined includes conversion persistent organic materials to non-toxic last materials, sustainability, low cost, and comfortable. Textile wastewaters can have opposite effects on the quality water in total carbon (TOC) Chemical oxygen demand (COD). Agitation cultures reach surface area dyes, whereas a static cannot do. Biotreatment wastewater dyeing process using white-rot fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium (P.C) was investigated agitated culture conditions. Dye is major pollutant component this some different pollutants. The treatment mediums containing distilled 1:10 ratio were compared for efficiency P.C. Especially conditions at 27 oC 150 rpm, it achieved successful results. Under these conditions, 48h long reduced by 91,46 % original COD (from 1484 mg l-1) 94,92% TOC (initial 723.66 l-1). Moreover, color 86,28 3.550 A540 0.487 end study. decolorization properties P.C obtained performance we determined showed up effective removal rate within 48 hours. We suggest that pellets be useful tool bioremediation dye short time period.
